1. Free to use
You can use every game and page on freedrinkinggames.fun for free, at home, at parties or anywhere else, without an account.
2. Age: 18+ and legal drinking age
This site is for adults aged 18 or over. If you drink alcohol while playing, you must also be of legal drinking age where you live (21 in the United States, 18 in most other countries). Our games ask you to confirm your age before they start. The No alcohol mode is there for anyone who doesn’t drink, but the site is still intended for adults.
3. Play responsibly
You are responsible for what you and your group drink. The games suggest sips, never large amounts, and every game can be played with any drink or none. Never drink and drive, never pressure anyone to drink, and stop if someone has had enough. See drink responsibly.
4. Our content
The text, card prompts, rule sets, graphics and code on this site are ours. You may print pages and rule cards for your own games. Please don’t republish them elsewhere without permission; a link back is always welcome.
5. Trademarks
Names like UNO® and JENGA® belong to their owners. We describe popular house-rule drinking versions played with your own copy of those games and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the trademark owners.
6. What you type
Player names and house rules you enter stay on your device. If you share a link, you are responsible for what you put in it.
7. Advertising
We may show ads to keep the site free. Ads are provided by third parties and are not endorsements.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep rules accurate and games working, but we can’t guarantee that everything is error-free or always available, and we are not liable for how the games are played.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
